Personal information is only supplied to a third party when it is required for the delivery of our services.
(b) Where we carry out business development on behalf of a client, we share the business contact details of the people we approach, and the outcome of those approaches, with that client.
(c) Our suppliers include providers of website hosting and analytics, email and document storage, meeting recording and transcription, business development tools, and software that helps us prepare and analyse information, including artificial intelligence tools. We choose these providers with care and use them under their business terms.

This information may be disclosed to a potential purchaser under an agreement to maintain confidentiality. We would seek to disclose information only in good faith and where required by any of the above circumstances.

Where we disclose your personal information to third parties, we will request that the third party follow this Policy regarding handling your personal information.
6. Overseas disclosure

Although we take measures to safeguard against unauthorised disclosures of information, we cannot assure you that personal information that we collect will not be disclosed in a manner that is inconsistent with this Privacy Policy.

(a) When you visit our website (inmktadvisory.com), we may collect certain information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, device type, approximate location, the pages you view and the website visited immediately before coming to our site. Squarespace, which hosts our website, provides this information to us in aggregated form so that we can analyse how people use our site and improve it.
(b) Visitor insights. We use two tools to understand which organisations and professionals are interested in our services. The LinkedIn Insight Tag uses cookies to give us aggregated reports about the LinkedIn members who visit our site, such as job function, industry and company size. These reports do not identify individual visitors to us, and LinkedIn members can manage their advertising and data settings in their LinkedIn account. Apollo.io and LinkedIn may store and process this information outside Australia, including in the United States (see part 6).
(c) Cookies. We use cookies on our website. Cookies are very small files which a website uses to identify you when you come back to the site and to store details about your use of the site. Cookies are not malicious programs that access or damage your computer. Our website uses cookies to analyse website traffic, to understand which organisations and professionals visit (see paragraph (b)), and to help us provide a better visitor experience. You can block or delete cookies by changing your browser settings, although this may prevent you from taking full advantage of our website. Our contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to protect against spam, which collects information about your device and how you use the form, and is subject to Google’s privacy policy and terms.
(d) Third party sites. Our site may from time to time have links to other websites not owned or controlled by us. These links are meant for your convenience only. Links to third party websites do not constitute sponsorship, endorsement or approval of these websites. InMkt Pty Ltd is not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites, and we encourage you to read the privacy statement of each website you visit that collects personal information.
