Dr Ryan Parlett
Co-Founder & CEO
Ryan has spent nineteen years in commercial roles across the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and CDMO sectors in APAC, North America and Europe. Before co-founding InMkt he led commercial operations for ENTRI, the cGMP manufacturing facility at the Translational Research Institute in Brisbane, held senior commercial roles in Thermo Fisher Scientific's Patheon CDMO business, served as acting Chief Executive of Life Sciences Queensland and was a Director at Deloitte. His work has covered biologics, cell and gene therapies, RNA therapeutics and vaccines from early development to commercial manufacture, with long-standing relationships across APAC, including in Japan and Korea, and in the United States. Ryan leads every InMkt engagement as Engagement Principal.
Matt Mclean
Co-Founder | Principal, Intellect Labs
Matt helps businesses secure funding for research, development and commercialisation. With Intellect Labs he has helped lead successful bids to programs including the Medical Research Future Fund, the Modern Manufacturing Initiative and the Cooperative Research Centres Program. He previously led the Brisbane innovation incentives practice of an ASX-listed IP advisory group, and is a registered tax agent with qualifications in law and international taxation.
Shaun van Dijk
Co-Founder | Principal, Intellect Labs
Shaun co-founded Intellect Labs and has spent fifteen years helping start-ups, SMEs and ASX-listed companies access the R&D Tax Incentive and commercialise the IP that comes from their research. He holds qualifications in law, commerce and science, majoring in drug design and development, and a Chartered Accounting qualification.
